平素よりホテルグランヴィア和歌山をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、館内の電話交換機更新工事を下記の日程にて実施いたします。

工事期間中は、電話サービスの一部がご利用いただけなくなります。
お客様には大変ご不便・ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

■ 工事期間
　2026年3月9日（月）22:00 ～ 3月10日（火）5:00

■ 工事時間中にご利用いただけないサービス
① 客室からの外線発信
　工事時間中は、客室から外線への発信ができません。
　恐れ入りますが、お手持ちの携帯電話をご利用ください。
② お客様宛の外線着信
　代表電話にかかってきたお電話を、客室へお繋ぎ（転送）することができません。
③ 内線通話（フロント・客室間）
　フロントへのご連絡および客室間の内線通話がご利用いただけません。
④ モーニングコール設定
　工事期間中はモーニングコールの設定ができません。
　恐れ入りますが、客室備え付けの目覚まし時計又はお手持ちの携帯電話をご利用ください。

本工事は、今後より快適なサービスをご提供するための設備更新となります。

       Monday, March 9th, 2026, 10:00 PM – Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, 5:00 AM
    
【Service Limitations and Guidance During Maintenance Hours】
       1. Outgoing Calls from Guest Rooms
           During maintenance hours, outgoing calls from guest rooms will not be available.
           We kindly ask you to use your personal mobile phone or other devices.
       2. Incoming Calls to Guest Rooms
           We will not be able to transfer calls for guests from front desk to guest room.
       3. Internal Calls (Front Desk & Guest Rooms)
            Internal calls to the front desk and calls between guest rooms will not be available.
       4. Wake-up Call Settings
           During the maintenance period, you will not be able to set wake-up calls.
　　   Please use the alarm clock provided in your room or your personal mobile phone.
