In the event that you cancel,
cancellation fees will be charged from the day before the scheduled date. Thank you for your understanding.

1 day before: 20% / On the day: 80% / No-show: 100%

Reservations made through travel agencies and other similar entities,
as well as group reservations, are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Please note that we cannot accept changes, cancellations, or refunds for reservations after ticket purchase or payment has been made.

If you cancel or change the date of a banquet or other event that you have already booked, the following cancellation and change fees will apply.
*The number of days will be calculated from the date of your request.
(Example) For a banquet scheduled for January 15, a request made on January 7 will be counted as 9 days before the event.

• 119-90 days prior: 10% of the latest estimate
• 89-60 days prior: 20% off the latest estimate
• 59-30 days prior: 30% off the latest estimate
• 29-20 days prior: 50% off the latest estimate
• 19-10 days prior: Latest estimate 70%
• 9-3 days prior: Latest estimate 80%
• 2 days before the event through the day of the event: 100% of the latest estimate

• For each period, we will charge you for the actual cost of any items that have already been procured.
• Service charges are not subject to cancellation fees.
