■Cancellation fee
Cancellation fees will apply starting one day prior to the scheduled date.
Cancellation fees are 20% of the accommodation fee if cancelled the day before arrival, and 80% of the accommodation fee if cancelled on the day of arrival.
If you do not contact us, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

From October 1, 2024, the service will be available by reservation only.
Opening hours: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Last entry 7:00 PM) *Reservations required at least one week in advance.
Zelkova: 7,500 yen, Kiri: 8,500 yen, Aoi: 10,000 yen *Tax and service charge included
Three Japanese-style Room (accommodates 2-20 people) Closed: Mondays and Tuesdays
For cancellations made on the day of or the day before the reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.
