We offer the "Kishu Kaiseki" course, which features ingredients from Wakayama Prefecture and a variety of local flavors.
To allow you to fully enjoy the local flavors with all your senses, we have created a kaiseki (traditional multi-course) meal featuring ingredients such as sweetfish, conger eel, Kumano beef, Yuasa soy sauce, and Kinzanji miso.

Grilled Assortment of Assorted Dishes: ◆Ogata's Salt-Grilled Ayu (Sweetfish) ◆Kinzanji Aoi with Wasabi ◆Seasonal Assorted Dishes
Main Dish: Kumano Beef Loin Steak with Steak Sauce
Final dish: Simmered grunt fish with grated daikon radish (from Wakayama Prefecture)
Meal: Rice cooked in a pot with fresh ginger

Final soup: Red miso soup
