At Hotel Granvia Wakayama, for guests who stay on our "SDGs Accommodation Plan (Stay at the Hotel and Make a Donation!)", we will donate 200 yen per person per night to the Japan Children's Welfare Foundation.

The donations we receive from our customers will be used through the Japan Children's Welfare Foundation to help create an environment where children in Japan can "start over even if they fail."

We support the philosophy of the Japan Children's Welfare Foundation, a general incorporated foundation, which states, "We contribute to enriching the future where children's dreams can be cherished and to becoming a bridge to a better society," and we will cooperate by making a donation.

Children sleeping in the same bed as their parents can stay free of charge.
*Limited to children aged 6 and under.
*Co-sleeping is limited to one child per adult.
*Please note that Amenity goods such as towels and Toothbrush are not provided for children sharing a bed with their parents.

■Cancellation fee
Cancellation fees will apply starting one day prior to the scheduled date.
Cancellation fees are 20% of the accommodation fee if cancelled the day before arrival, and 80% of the accommodation fee if cancelled on the day of arrival.
If you do not contact us, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

Information for our hotel guests regarding the Japanese restaurant "Mari"
From October 1, 2024, the service will be available by reservation only.
Opening hours: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Last entry 7:00 PM) *Reservations required at least one week in advance.
Zelkova: 7,500 yen, Kiri: 8,500 yen, Aoi: 10,000 yen *Tax and service charge included
Three Japanese-style Room (accommodates 2-20 people) Closed: Mondays and Tuesdays
For cancellations made on the day of or the day before the reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Please note: Cancellation policy: 100% on the day of cancellation / 50% the day before.
